About Breana
Breana grew up in Cave Creek, Arizona and completed her undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University with a degree in Biomedical Science. She also graduated with minors in chemistry and Spanish. Breana then completed her Physician Assistant studies graduating from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Upon graduation, Breana was presented with the Academic Achievement Award, Alumni Award of Merit, and was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society for Physician Assistants.
Breana prides herself in human connection and believes that GI is a specialty where the patient-provider relationship is extremely important. Through building a genuinely compassionate relationship with her patients, Breana strives to build trust and instill hope in the lives of her patients to promote a healing environment. Breana chose Southwest Gastroenterology specifically due to the core values of care and healthcare goals that align with her own.
In her free time, Breana enjoys making people laugh, cooking, bass fishing, snowboarding, camping, and spending time with family and friends!
